Meet The Coach
Kandi Stephens enters her 18th year of coaching and is excited to lead the Lady Leopards’ first-ever volleyball program. She brings experience at all levels, including club, middle school, and high school in Texas, with a track record of playoff appearances, All-District honors, college commits, and a Division I recruit.
A former collegiate player at William Jewell College, she was a setter, hitter, and Academic All-American before earning her B.A. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University. In the classroom, she has been recognized by the Texas Education Agency as an Exemplary Teacher in mathematics. She and her husband, Terry, have four children and two grandchildren.
