New Home Independent School District

New Home ISD’s school health program – led by our district nurse, Anna Richardson – supports student well-being so learning can thrive. Nurse Richardson coordinates daily clinic care and first aid, develops and monitors care plans for chronic conditions, administers and tracks student medications (with required parent/physician authorizations), ensures state-required health screenings and immunization compliance, and partners with families and staff on health education and prevention. If your child has medical needs, new health information, or requires medication at school, please contact your campus office to connect with Nurse Richardson.
