Inspired by the love and kindness shown to the Mortensen family following Truett’s passing on January 3, 2026, the Foundation is committed to carrying his legacy forward by supporting families who have lost a child through financial relief, funeral assistance, and grief counseling, as well as providing scholarships for graduating seniors beginning in 2028.
