School Safety Update

New Home ISD has transitioned from the STOPit app to iWatchTexas as our anonymous school safety reporting platform. Both programs provide a way for students, parents, staff, and community members to anonymously report safety concerns, and both allow reports to be reviewed and investigated by appropriate school administrators and/or law enforcement.

This transition also provides a significant cost savings to the District while allowing us to continue prioritizing the safety and security of our school community. Reports can be submitted through the iWatchTexas website linked on the District website, by downloading the iWatchTexas app (QR codes below), or by calling 844-643-2251. The service is available 24/7. Please remember that iWatchTexas is not intended for emergencies; call 911 if there is an immediate threat.

At New Home ISD, the safety and security of our students and staff remain at the forefront of everything we do. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for every Leopard.
