Homecoming Week is Upon Us!

New Home Homecoming is always a special time for our schools and our community, and we are excited for a week filled with school spirit, fun, tradition, and Leopard pride!
Please see the attached images for our Homecoming dress-up days throughout the week, and mark your calendars for the following Homecoming festivities.

🎉 Fall Festival – Wednesday at 6:00 PM

Pending favorable weather, our Fall Festival will begin at 6:00 PM Wednesday evening on the old football field. We are excited to bring our community together for an evening of fun while also providing an important fundraising opportunity for our classes and student organizations. We will conclude the evening with the introduction of our cheerleaders and football players, followed by the lighting of the New Home letters. We hope you will come out, enjoy the festivities, and support these groups.

Because the festival is held outdoors, weather will play a role in whether we are able to hold the event as scheduled. If we receive rain as the forecast is predicting - or the grounds are too wet - we do not have an indoor facility large enough to accommodate the festival. If weather forces us to cancel Wednesday's Fall Festival, it will be rescheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2026. This date allows us to provide a rain date while avoiding the previously scheduled Fields of Faith event being held on October 7, 2026.

🐾 Community Parade & Pep Rally – Friday at 10:00 AM

Friday will be our Community Parade and Pep Rally! School will begin at the normal time, and students should report to class as usual. Administration and teachers will work together to ensure students make it safely and in a timely manner to their assigned floats. The parade will begin at 10:00 AM; the parade route is included below. As a reminder, just as we did last year, we will not be throwing candy or any other objects from the floats. Thank you for helping us keep the parade safe for our students, staff, and community members.

The parade will conclude at Leopard Stadium, where we will hold our Community Pep Rally. The pep rally will begin as soon as all students have been safely unloaded from the floats and are seated in the stadium. Following the pep rally, school will officially be over. Each campus has - or will be - sharing a Google Form for parents to indicate their preference for student pickup. Please watch for that communication from your child's campus and complete the form accordingly.
